saw maia lee (SI finalist/sly's 2wk wife) on the bus when i was going home on wed. didn't ask for any autograph or wat though.. i mean, i was like the ONLY one who actually recognised her on the whole bus?! hai..

yesterday's training was quite good. i'm actually starting to enjoy track training more than cross haha. maybe cos track hasn't gone up in intensity yet. bleh. anyways, we had some major circuit training before running 6 sets of 60m and 3 sets of 100m. i like the 60m.. so short xp but i totally sucked at the 100m. bleh. burned out for the last one xp gonna try harder at sat's training..

oh and i solemnly promise that 3 crossers will get shuriken-ed in the neck =)

ahhh.. have to pia hol. hw...
