watching the germany v italy semi final match !

its so weird. i think both teams are really nervous so they keep tripping and falling over each other xD

italy's jersey design is kinda weird. they have dark blue patches at the sides and it looks like they sweat too much LOL! and there's this italian player i call 'samurai' cos his hair is in a bundle.. my aunt says his hair looks like those big calligraphy brush..

training (yesterday) was quite ok. baked through warmup. the track was practically radiating with heat.

i swear i smelt the rubber burning.

did 2 full runs of 4x1oo. teamed with baneh, weewee and shanie shan shan :D i think our team was good cept baneh kinda got probs passing to weewee. hope we can do more full runs!

but my 5oo sucked. period.
